The eThekwini Water Department has developed an online Request for Quotation Application which allows suppliers to view Water Quotes and also view any technical and support documentation attached to the Request for Quote. The application has improved the turn around time for the procurement of services through the seamless integration of the Internet, Fax and Procurement Systems.
